We have been talking about the actions we need to take as we enter the new thing. For me the new thing was to step into the world of prophecy, so I took a big leap over the weekend and went to a prophetic school. Most people wouldn’t think that is a big leap but for me it was huge and this is why. I used to be a mouthpiece of satan.
I grew up as his mouthpiece, meeting satan in the spirit at the gates of hell and so I never wanted to become a prophet of our Father in heaven. It has taken years of God gently speaking to me, allowing me to overcome my fear, coming to a place when I would finally say yes and become whom the Lord created me to be.
Before this I would only allow the prophetic within me to be used when I ministered to others or the occasional prayer meeting, all the time knowing God was 
calling me to a deeper relationship with him. God is patience and he is kind and so when the Lord woke me recently on my birthday saying, “I am giving you a prophetic mantel”. I determined God’s will was more important than the memories which still haunted me.
During the school, I felt the gentle wooing of the Lord as I saw the angels battling in heaven for those attending the school. One morning the Lord brought me spiritually into the throne room where I saw the angels worshipping. As I watched the goings on of the throne room I forgot all about my childhood and became filled with joy and wonder. I came away from the school no longer afraid of having a deep relationship with my Father in Heaven for I am full of wonder for where this journey with the Lord will take me next!
